Meet Our Instructors

Blending physical therapy and Pilates
In Cincinnati, The Christ Hospital was one of the first to offer a fully-equipped Pilates Studio, teaching these skills and exercises to physical therapy patients and to individuals who seek to improve their health and wellbeing. Today, we are one of the few studios in the country to have each teacher certified under the national governing board, The Pilates Method Alliance.
