What Services & Pricing are Available?
Services
Semi-private personal training on the Pilates equipment as well as mat instruction is available. A physician’s prescription is required for individuals seeking Pilates for physical therapy. A prescription is not necessary for individual seeking basic Pilates instruction. To schedule an appointment, please call 513-585-1069. Be sure to let us know if you are scheduling an appointment for physical therapy services.
Pricing
Privates $43 per hour for three introductory private sessions,
Semi-privates $34 for each semi-private session thereafter
Mat Classes: $15 per class or a package of four classes for $50.
