Visiting HoursAs a part of its commitment to a family-centered environment, The Christ Hospital holds minimal restrictions on visiting hours. Time with relatives and friends is considered part of a patient’s therapy and is welcome and encouraged, and we believe that patients rest better when they have the freedom to choose their own visiting hours.
The Christ Hospital encourages a family member to stay the night when a patient is in a private room and every effort will be made to provide sleeping accommodations for them to do so. Visitors of patients staying in a semi-private room will be asked to leave at a reasonable hour.
We ask visitors of patients on the behavioral services floor to observe the following visiting hours:
Monday - Saturday, 4:30 - 8 p.m.; Sundays and Holidays, 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
For safety reasons, visitation may be limited when the patient is in isolation precautions due to an infectious disease. In the event of these extenuating circumstances, a nurse will consult with the infection control practitioner regarding visitation.
