Healthspirations staff recently sat down with OBGYN Anita Weisberger, MD, for the 17th episode of FilMD, our doc-umentary series. Dr. Weisberger told us which local high school she attended, why she advises her patients to invest in quality time with their partners, the importance of Friday Shabbat dinners in her family, and more.
About Dr. Weisberger
Dr. Weisberger is a native of the Greater Cincinnati and a Sycamore High School graduate. She received her BA in religion at Boston University and then returned to Ohio where she received her medical degree at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. Dr. Weisberger completed her training in obstetrics and gynecology at Case Western Reserve's residency program at MetroHealth Medical Center and the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH.
Dr. Weisberger is a member of several professional associations, including the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the North American Menopause Society and the North American Society of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology.
Dr. Weisberger has earned the distinction of being recognized as a Certified Menopause Practioner. She has a special interest in the menopause transition as well as urodynamics and female sexual dysfunction.
