About Dr. Tolbert
Dr. Tolbert is currently accepting new patients in Northern Kentucky. He joined his father, Jerry Tolbert, MD, at The Christ Hospital Physicians – Primary Care office located at 1838 Florence Pike in Burlington. He can be reached at 859-334-0217.
Dr. Tolbert earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Georgetown College in Georgetown, Kentucky, and his medical degree from the University of Kentucky. He completed his residency at Self Regional Healthcare Montgomery Center for Family Health and is board-certified in family medicine. Dr. Tolbert was also recently named medical director of the Northern Kentucky Health Department.
