FilMD: Gerry Tolbert, MD

​​​​​Healthspirations staff recently had the pleasure of chatting with one of The Christ Hospital Physicians' new primary care doctors, Gerry Tolbert, MD, for our first episode of "FilMD" – our new "doctor documentary" series.

Dr. Tolbert tells us why he became a doctor, how being a "Geek Dad" has influenced his life and his practice, the one unhealthy thing he does (hint – it involves chocolate), and so much more!

​About Dr. Tolbert

Dr. Tolbert is currently accepting new patients in Northern Kentucky. He joined his father, Jerry Tolbert, MD, at The Christ Hospital Physicians – Primary Care office located at 1838 Florence Pike in Burlington. He can be reached at 859-334-0217.

Dr. Tolbert earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from George​town College in Georgetown, Kentucky, and his medical degree from the University of Kentucky. He completed his residency at Self Regional Healthcare Montgomery Center for Family Health and is board-certified in family medicine. Dr. Tolbert was also recently named medical director of the Northern Kentucky Health Department. ​
