Tune in to The Christ Hospital Health Network's Facebook and Instagram pages throughout January, for practical ways to make your own positive changes, and fun weekly contests with prizes. There will be something for everyone, from yoga sessions and healthy snack recipes to a collaboration with our friends from Cincinnati Parks around the mental and physical health benefits of being outdoors.
