Established in 1993, the Susan Jean Welch Scholarship Fund honors the memory of Susan Jean Welch, a non-traditional student at The Christ Hospital School of Nursing who after graduation went on to build a dedicated career in healthcare. Her determination and lifelong commitment to learning continue to inspire future generations. This fund provides critical scholarship support to non-traditional students, helping remove financial barriers as they balance work, family, and their path to meaningful careers in healthcare.
