Cincinnati (October 12, 2015) – The Christ Hospital Physicians – Primary Care is proud to welcome Sara Kleinschmidt, MD. Dr. Kleinschmidt will be accepting new patients at The Christ Hospital Medical Office Building located at 2123 Auburn Avenue, Suite 235, in Mt. Auburn starting October 19. Dr. Kleinschmidt earned her BS in cognitive science and BA in biochemistry from Indiana University and her medical degree from Northwestern University. She completed her residency in family medicine and her fellowship in hospice and palliative medicine at The Christ Hospital.

Dr. Kleinschmidt is board-certified in family medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and Alpha Omega Alpha. Her areas of interest include palliative care, preventative medicine, primary care in adults and teens and well women care.
