The Christ Hospital Physicians – Spine Surgery Welcomes Monir Tabbosha, MD

Cincinnati (June 8, 2017) – The Christ Hospital Physicians – Spine Surgery is glad to welcome Monir Tabbosha, MD, M. Surg.  Dr. Tabbosha is a neurosurgeon who earned his medical degree at Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt and completed his spine residency at Ain Shams University and his neurosurgery residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS).  He completed a spine fellowship at Wayne State University in Michigan and completed a spine/neuro-oncology fellowship at the University of Virginia.
 
Dr. Tabbosha is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, the Congress of Neurosurgical Surgeons, and the American Medical Association.  He has special interests that include treating patients with complex spine problems and deformities, degenerative spine disease, back and neck pain, spine tumors, spine trauma, and spine surgery revisions. 
 
Prior to joining The Christ Hospital, Dr. Tabbosha has worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Nuerosurgery at UAMS, where he specialized in complex spine surgery.  He is excited to join The Christ Hospital Physicians and looks forward to exploring Cincinnati.
