More than 28,000 people took part in the survey

CINCINNATI (May 23, 2022) – According to a recent report, Humanizing Brand Experience: Healthcare Edition – Volume 5, The Christ Hospital Health Network is ranked among the country’s best health-system brands overall, in addition to being recognized for having the best people.

These ratings, derived from in-depth research led by Monigle—a leading creative experience company—the American Hospital Association, and the Society for Health Care Strategy & Market Development, gathered feedback from more than 28,000 people across the country, to determine their perceptions of health systems' brands based on how well they delivered a humanized experience for patients. The Christ Hospital Health Network was ranked third overall, behind only The Cleveland Clinic and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. The network was also ranked fifth overall for brands who “have the best people.”

Health systems were evaluated using Monigle's Humanizing Brand Experience framework, which uses a structural equation model (SEM) focused on:

• Sensorial: What consumers see and hear from a brand, including its buzz, aesthetics and environmental spaces

• Intellectual: What consumers associate and understand about a brand, including its employees, outcomes and transparency

• Emotional: The emotional connection a brand builds with consumers, including a sense of security, freedom and confidence

• Behavioral: How a brand builds engagement with consumers, including through positive interactions, digital tools and virtual care
