CINCINNATI, OH (May 24, 2022) –The Christ Hospital Heart & Vascular Institute has been listed as one of top 3 Best Hospitals for Cardiac Surgery in the state of Ohio according to the recently published Healthgrades State Ranking Awards 2022. These elite hospitals not only demonstrate clinical excellence across multiple conditions and cardiac surgery procedures, but also consistently deliver superior outcomes year over year.
The list identified 431 hospitals in 34 states. To compile the list, Healthgrades evaluated the clinical performance of 4,500 hospitals nationwide across eight specialties: joint replacement, spine surgery, cardiac surgery, coronary interventional procedures, stroke care, critical care, pulmonary care and prostate surgery. For cardiac surgery, Healthgrades recognized 35 hospitals across nine states.
