Providers and schedulers are reaching out to patients directly to communicate next steps or reschedule services for a future date.
We realize these protocols can be inconvenient, but they're necessary to ensure the safety of the community and the patients we serve. Thank you for your continued understanding. We will continue to post information here on our website and on social media as it becomes available. If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, please call your healthcare provider's office or our Patient & Guest Services team at 513-585-1200.
Online Appointment Scheduling Temporarily Unavailable
Effective Monday, March 16, we are temporarily deactivating online scheduling for new and existing patients.
For immediate healthcare concerns, please contact your healthcare provider’s office directly by phone (or you may also complete an
e-visit if your primary care provider offers them).
If you are suffering from fever, cough, shortness of breath, respiratory or other flu-like symptoms, please stay home and contact your Christ Hospital healthcare provider. Your provider will evaluate you over the phone and decide whether you need to be evaluated and/or tested. Maintaining safety during the COVID-19 pandemic is our top priority. We realize these protocols can be inconvenient, but they are necessary to ensure the safety of the community and the patients we serve.
Coronavirus Test Sites
The Christ Hospital Health Network is striving to bring the best care available to our patients, and therefore we will continue to update you on our coronavirus testing locations. As COVID-19 testing kits are in low supply, we currently will not have either the Mt. Auburn or Mason testing sites open, but this is subject to change as the supply of testing kits changes. Continue to check this page for updates regarding The Christ Hospital's COVID-19 testing sites.
