​We are excited to announce a new offering for our 2020 Medical Plan. Employees who choose The Christ Hospital (TCH) Primary Care Provider (PCP) Network Medical Plan will pay a reduced medical premium beginning in January of 2020 if the employee and any covered spouse and adult children use a TCH PCP for preventive and general care.

How do I find a TCH Primary Care provider?

Employees, their covered spouse and adult children who already see a TCH PCP may continue to see those providers. 

Those who do not have a TCH PCP may choose a PCP who is accepting new patients. For a list of current providers accepting new patients, please click on the neighborhood you wish to search. If a provider does not offer online scheduling, you may call the office directly using the phone number listed for each provider.
