About Dr. Young
Dr. Young earned her bachelor's degree in biological anthropology and anatomy from Duke University and her master's degree in biomedical sciences from the University of Toledo, where she also earned her medical degree. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Cincinnati, where she was also chief resident. Dr. Young is a members of the American Medical Association and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is committed to staying up to date on the newest research and practicing evidence-based medicine.


Dr. Young has received numerous honors and awards, most recently being given the Tom P Barden, M.D. Award., presented by the University of Cincinnati Obstetrics and Gynecology Department for excellence in Maternal Fetal Medicine, the Robert W Rebar, M.D. Award for Excellence in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, and the Resident of Excellence Award, given by the University of Cincinnati Obstetrics and Gynecology Department. In her free time, Dr. Young enjoys being a wife and mom, running, swimming and synchronized swimming, kayaking, hiking, reading and cooking.
