I can't say enough good things about Dr. Manders. If not for him, I would have gone completely deaf. He is caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great doctor and person.

This was my first visit to Dr M. I had seen [...] for many years in this same practice but he had recently retired. Dr M did not give me the same attention that [...] had always given to me. I regularly came in about every 6 months to have ear wax removed. [...] would check my nose, throat and then he always removed ear wax. Sometimes he worked very hard and carefully to remove keratin. Dr M did not look at my nose nor my throat. He did not see any ear wax to remove in 1 ear and only a little in the other. I asked him what had changed since [...] always removed ear wax and Dr M did not know.

Dr Manders and Staff are welcoming and show genuine empathy for my concerns. Always asking clarifying questions getting at root cause and next steps. Dr Manders has obviously read the detailed notes taken by his assistant prior to the exam. He asks beneficial questions in regard to medication such as "Do you take X medication everyday?" Listens to response and educates on negative impacts that could have. He addresses my reason for the visit and picks up on the sometimes nuanced comments made regarding symptoms that could be caused by X medications. Feel so positive when I leave his office.
