About Edward J. Schloss, MD, FHRS

Dr. Schloss is a practicing cardiac electrophysiologist in Cincinnati, OH. He graduated from Northwestern University the Feinberg School of Medicine in 1989 and has been in practice for over 20 years. He completed his cardiology residency and fellowship at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. His cardiac electrophysiology fellowship was completed at the Cleveland Clinic.

Dr. Schloss specializes in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology, with expertise in pacemakers and defibrillators. Dr. Schloss has authored numerous publications and has acted as the Principle Investigator on many trials. He has also implanted two First in World devices at The Christ Hospital.

I previously had a bad experience at a different electrophysiologist and was relieved when Dr Schloss asked me how I felt about all of it, answered all of my questions and even called my cardiologist to ask him questions while in the room with us instead of leaving the room. I felt much more comfortable during my visit here and am happy that Dr Schloss will be the one performing my procedure.
