The CME Application Process for Jointly Provided Activities
All CME activities must be planned and implemented in accordance with the ACCME's Essential Areas and their policies.
Educational activities wishing to offer AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(TM) must obtain prior approval from the CME Committee.
In order to obtain approval from the CME Committee, the Joint Provider must submit to the CME Committee a CME Activity Planning Form, a proposed budget, and a signed Joint Providership Agreement at least 60 days prior to the scheduled activity.
The CME Committee cannot guarantee approval and, therefore, the designation of AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(TM) when applications are submitted after their 60 day due dates.
Please review all documentation requirements listed here to begin the application process: Joint Provider CME Activity Guidelines Part 1, Joint Provider CME Activity Guidelines Part 2, Joint Provider CME Activity Guidelines Part 3.
Then download, complete and return all required documents to TCH.MedStaff@TheChristHospital.com by their due dates.
If you would like assistance with the CME Activity Planning Form or further guidance through the application process, please call 513-585-2221 or email TCH.MedStaff@TheChristHospital.com
