Heart Works: A Heart Failure Support Group at Christ Hospital
Purpose
To provide meaningful information about managing heart failure.
Meetings
This group meets every fourth Wednesday of the month, 1 – 3 p.m. in Classroom 6. There is no fee to attend, and refreshments are provided. Parking is free.
