Dr Anderson and her staff a very organized and helpful. I think Dr Anderson is one of the most caring doctors. She always make sure you feel comfortable to ask her questions about your care. She listens and does her best to address the issue.

Dr Anderson was very professional. The Doctor explained my options and let me chose the type of treatment I was to receive.

Both Dr Anderson and her procedure asst were great explaining what's going on. I appreciate a bit of humor as well because it puts me at ease. I know how long it takes to get diagnosis back and they will call me to inform me next steps.

Dr Anderson is great! Shares what she is doing and suggestions for continued vigilance re: any skin issues.

Dr did not seem like she remembered I was in a month prior, I did not get much info on treatment on why I was there and she was focused on treating something I was not worried about at all. Did not know my history very well and I have been a client for 20 years

She always explains things very well and shows concern for my questions.

Excellent doctor!

I had a couple of "things" removed. I would have liked a person (Dr. Or any medical professional) to explain the follow-up treatment, rather than having been given the sheet of paper with Instructions with a misspelled word, a reference to "Advanced" bandage (is that a brand?), vague directions to "open blister" , but not HOW to open blister. And first sentence in last paragraph is odd to say the least.

Very good experience overall.

Dr. Anderson is excellent. She always takes her time with you.

I think Dr. Anderson is an excellent doctor, exceptional in her ability to quickly assess the specific dermatological condition & offer a diagnosis and treatment. She always communicates in a manner that is easy to understand medically, and that invites questions. If there are treatment alternatives, she always offers the options. If she is uncertain what the skin condition is, she will perform a biopsy or whatever is necessary to clarify, and she will tell you that she is uncertain. [...] She is always very respectful of concerns and asked me if there were any other concerns besides the main complaint for which I made the visit. She helped me with another issue as well. I admire the way she can be so efficient and quick with her appointments and cover so much substantive care in such a short period of time. I know I have to be prepared, but I don't really feel rushed either.

Dr. Anderson has been my dermatologist for 10+ years. She is always friendly and supportive. She explains my issues and what treatment and expectations she has.

The doctor was thorough and not rushed.
