Community Health Needs Assessment | The Christ Hospital

Interior Content
Federal law requires all non-profit hospitals to conduct a formal Community Health Needs Assessment every three years. This process includes the actual assessment, in which the greatest needs of the community are identified, and the implementation plan that breaks down the means in which The Christ Hospital Health Network intends to help meet those needs.

In order to properly assess the health needs of the community, The Christ Hospital partnered with the Health Collaborative, a nonprofit organization serving the Greater Cincinnati area. The Health Collaborative brought together 20 hospitals, including The Christ Hospital, to conduct a comprehensive, collaborative Community Health Needs Assessment and Implementation Plan.

We find that this assessment and implementation plan fit perfectly with our mission to improve the health of the community and create patient value by providing exceptional outcomes, affordable care and the finest experiences.
