CINCINNATI (April 16, 2024) – Jennifer Wick, Assistant Director of Pharmacy for Ambulatory Services at The Christ Hospital Health Network, received the Ohio Pharmacists Association’s (OPA) Pharmacist Public Relations Award. This award recognizes an individual who has made major contributions of continuous service to the community in public relations activities. The award was presented at the OPA 146th Annual Conference held in Columbus, Ohio April 5-7.
Wick, of Cold Spring, Kentucky, received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Kentucky. She has done numerous media interviews discussing comprehensive pharmacogenomic testing services offered by pharmacists at The Christ Hospital Health Network. She also co-authored an interview for HealthCare Tech Outlook, a periodical focused on helping to implement cutting edge programs and technology into clinical practice.
Wick is a previous recipient of the 2023 UNDER 40 award from the Ohio Pharmacists Association, which recognizes leadership, excellence and vision in the practice of pharmacy.
