CINCINNATI (January 30, 2026) – The Christ Hospital Health Network continues to expand its presence in Northern Kentucky to ensure that the community has a choice about who will provide their healthcare services. In February, the Network will begin construction on a new state-of-the-art ambulatory outpatient center in Union, Kentucky. The two-story medical office building totaling 32,000 square feet will cost $16 million and is set to open in Fall of 2027.
The new building, that will be located at the corner of U.S. Highway 42 and Mt. Zion Road, will offer expanded primary care, cardiology care, women’s health and diagnostics and lab services providing high quality jobs for physicians, nurses, and support staff.

This announcement comes after The Christ Hospital announced a new $49 million medical office building in Cold Spring, Kentucky as a joint venture with Cincinnati Children’s. That project is expected to be completed by 2028.
