During Your Visit
We provide a number of amenities and services at the hospital to make your visit with us more enjoyable. If we can help in any way, ask any member of our staff or contact Patient and Guest Services at 513-585-1200.
Banking
Fifth Third Bank ATMs are located on Level A in the cafeteria, on Level C by Registration and on Floor 1 of the Joint & Spine Center.
Chapel & Pastoral Services
Our chapel is located on Level 1 near the main elevators. It provides a quiet spot for prayer and reflection, 24 hours a day.
Chapel Prayer and Meditation is provided at noon Monday - Friday.
Catholic Mass is celebrated Monday through Thursday at 11 a.m. (no Mass on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
Protestant worship services are held every Sunday at 9:30 a.m. A Prayer and Healing Service is offered Thursday nights from 7 -9 p.m.
Our chaplains can minister to the spiritual needs of all faiths. Pastoral services can coordinate a chaplain visit or arrange for your pastor, priest, rabbi, imam, or other religious leader to be contacted.

Gift Shop
The Joseph-Beth Gift Shop is located on Level 1 in the front lobby of the hospital. The store offers a broad selection of quality brands, local merchandise, comfort items and bestselling books.
You may order flowers and balloons for delivery to patient rooms. Major credit cards are accepted. You can reach the Joseph-Beth Gift Shop at 513-585-0868.
Library
The James N. Gamble Library is located on 1 North (main floor past the chapel). In addition to offering current newspapers and magazines, the library can also serve as a resource for getting information about illnesses and treatments. For more information, contact the library at 513-585-2737.
WiFi
To access free wireless Internet at The Christ Hospital or the Medical Office Building:
- View available wireless networks on your PC or mobile device. This may appear as a popup when you enable your wireless or turn on your device.
- Select “TCH-Public” and click Connect.
- Open your browser. You will be automatically redirected to a web authentication page. Read the agreement and click Accept or Decline.
- Once you click Accept, you will be connected to the TCH-Public network.
