Free parking is provided to patients and visitors in four separate parking garages and/or lots on our main campus.
Please review the following information to determine the best parking location for your visit.
From Auburn Ave., turn onto Mason Street and follow signs to the P3 Parking Garage (back of the hospital). Walk across driveway to the Heart Center Entrance. Take the Heart Center Elevators up to B level, turn left to report to the B-level Registration/Surgery Check In Desk.
OR
Park in the P3 Parking Garage, take the Parking Garage Elevator to A level. Walk across the skywalk into the hospital. Follow the signs to the Heart Center Elevators take the elevator down to level B. Turn Left off the elevator and report to the B-level Registration/Surgery Check in Desk.
From Auburn Ave., turn onto Mason Street, at 2nd stop sign turn right. Follow signs to Heart Center Valet/Heart Center Entrance. Valet hours are 5am - 8pm Monday-Friday. Take the Heart Center Elevators up to B level, turn left to report to the B-level Registration/Surgery Check In Desk.
To park your own car: Parking for the Joint & Spine Center is available in the P1 Parking Garage or P2 Parking open air parking lot located across from The Joint and Spine Center. Both parking options may be accessed by turning off Auburn Avenue onto Mason Street.
From the P1 Parking garage: Take the Parking Garage Elevator to level 1. Walk across the skywalk, turn left at the end of the skywalk heading into the Joint & Spine Center. Take the Joint & Spine Elevator down to B level. Proceed to the right to the Surgery Registration/Check-In desk on Level B of the Joint & Spine Center.
From the P2 parking lot: Walk across Mason Street and enter the Joint and Spine Center main entrance on Level C. Take the Joint & Spine Elevators up to level B and proceed right to the Registration/Surgery Check-In desk on Level B of the Joint & Spine Center.
If you have difficulty walking from the P1 parking garage or P2 parking lot, please have your family or driver drop you off at the Joint and Spine Center entrance on C-Level on Mason Street. Wheelchairs are available inside the door. The driver can then proceed to P1 or P2 parking and following directions above if they are staying during the procedure.
Convenient valet parking is available at the Joint & Spine Center for a $7 fee. From Auburn Ave., turn onto Mason Street. Valet is located at the entrance of the Joint & Spine Center on the right after the 1st stop sign on Mason Street. Valet hours are from 5 am to 4 pm Monday - Friday. You will then enter the Joint and Spine Center main entrance on Level C. Take the Joint & Spine Elevators up to level B and proceed to the right to the Registration/Surgery Check-In desk on Level B of the Joint & Spine Center.
To park your own car: From Auburn Ave. turn onto Mason Street and follow signs to the P1 Parking Garage. Take Parking Garage Elevators to level 1, walk across the skywalk, at the split go left into the hospital. Once you have entered the glass doors into the hospital go right heading towards the escalators. Go past the escalators and the bookstore following the signs to the Main Elevators. Take Main Elevators up to 8th floor and follow signs to the Women's Surgery Check-in desk.
