Madeleine is wonderful, taking the time to listen and develop an end of life care plan for my dad. She never makes you feel like you are imposing or taking up her time. I can't say enough good things about her, or [...] who takes nurse calls as well as receptionist. A wonderful group of people!

We love Madeleine - she is very caring and listens, makes eye contact and shows true concern about how my mom is doing. Mom always says "I REALLY like her" every time we leave the office.
