Michelle Federer, DO is a board-certified physician with The Christ Hospital Physicians who specializes in Obstetrics & Gynecology. She provides care for women at the Eastgate and Southgate locations.
She has a fascination with the process of life and a passion for providing individualized care with a focus on all aspects of women’s health and wellness through all stages of life. She encourages her patients to be their own advocates and to never settle on less than the care they believe they deserve.
Dr. Federer earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Zoology with a minor in Chemistry from Ohio University and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
She is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology; she is a Senior Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians & Gynecologists; and she is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology, and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine.
Dr. Federer is certified in registered diagnostic medical sonographeru, DaVinci robotic laparoscopic console surgery, and vNOTES vaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery.
In her free time, Dr. Federer loves spending time outdoors, especially while hiking and boating. She also enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
