Dr. Kilaru grew up in Boston as well as in India. He received his medical degree from Guntur Medical College in India. He then completed his internship and residency at Baystate Medical Center, Tufts University in Massachusetts, and his fellowship training at Yale University School of Medicine as well as New York Presbyterian Hospital, Cornell Campus. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery in vascular surgery. Dr Kilaru is the section chief of Vascular Surgery and the director of the Christ Hospital Vascular Lab.
Dr. Kilaru specializes in comprehensive vascular surgery including endovascular and open vascular surgical procedures for arterial and venous diseases. He also specializes in spine exposure for spinal fusion surgeries.
