I have recommended Dr. Burkart to many, he is an outstanding doctor! Collin far, far exceeds any measurement of patient care including short term and long term best interest; I give him a 10 on your scale of 1 to 5 in this category. The "4" on including me in decisions is related to different opinions we have on one treatment (I am for it, he is concerned about long term impact). He and I will figure it out! :)
