Dr. Paquette is a colon and rectal surgeon. He is a Co-Director of the Christ Hospital Center for Pelvic Floor Disorders. He completed his fellowship training at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. He is an associate professor of surgery in the Division of Colon and Rectal Surgery at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He has an extensive amount of experience in managing patients with posterior pelvic floor disorders, especially fecal incontinence. In addition to writing numerous scientific articles and book chapters on pelvic floor disorders, he has been a frequent lecturer at national meetings. He was the lead author on the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons Clinical Practice Guideline for the Treatment of Fecal Incontinence, and has been the lead investigator on multiple clinical trials of novel treatments for fecal incontinence.
