Amanda Purnell, CNP, is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with The Christ Hospital Physicians Hematology and Oncology. She provides outpatient care at The Christ Hospital Cancer Center in Mt. Auburn.
Amanda says she was inspired to practice medicine by the strength and determination of two important people in her life who required specialized care. She takes a patient-centered approach to care and values keeping patients and their families involved.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys being outdoors, especially in warm weather, where she can hike, bike and travel.
