David D. Aichholz, MD

David Aichholz, MD, is a board-certified OB/GYN with The Christ Hospital Physicians – Obstetrics and Gynecology. He provides inpatient and outpatient care at The Christ Hospital Birthing Centers at Springboro and Liberty Township.

Dr. Aichholz has a passion for delivering babies, and for evaluating patients for infertility and recurring pregnancy loss. He is a proponent of patients being their own advocates and being empowered to speak up and share anything with their doctor. His care philosophy is to respect the wishes of his patients and to only intervene when necessary to ensure the right diagnosis. He was inspired to practice medicine by his father, Don Aichholz, MD.

He received his Bachelor of Science from Denison University and a Master of Science and his Medical Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his residency with University Hospital and Christ Hospital. He is certified through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Aichholz and his wife, Nancy, are very proud to have raised twin boys and a daughter. In his free time, he enjoys yard work, fishing, reading, and traveling to visit his children.
