Dr. Fisher specializes in internal medicine. He received his medical degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine, and completed his residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Fisher is a member of the Cincinnati Academy of Physicians. He was in private practice for 14 years in the San Francisco Bay area where he served on numerous medical committees and boards. He also was Department Chairman of Internal Medicine at San Ramon Regional Medical Center in San Ramon, California. Dr. Fisher was a recipient of the DuPont Fellowship in Internal Medicine in Cambridge, England.
