Dr. Jacob Farber obtained his degree in Biology and Psychology from the University of Dayton. He then earned his medical degree from the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed a family medicine residency at Grandview Medical Center (Dayton, OH). Dr. Farber is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians in Family Practice and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM). He is native to West Chester, OH, and went to St. Xavier High School.

My wife is looking for a PCP and I already recommended the doctor to her.
Dr Farber is the second best family physician doctor I've ever had in my life. There's a reason I drive 35 minutes to go see him when there are plenty of doctors closer to me. Finding a good doctor that actually cares and listens to you is like finding a good mechanic. Once you find and get one you stay with them.
She was very smart and thought ahead of the problem. This enabled me to be miserable for a much shorter period of time. For that, I am grateful!
