Jessica Fornash, CNP, is family nurse practitioner with The Christ Hospital Physicians Primary Care. She provides care for patients ages 18 and older with a focus on preventive care, annual screenings and physicals, acute illness, and chronic disease management.
Jessica looks to build trusting relationships with her patients by applying both holistic and evidence-based practice approaches to treat body, mind, and spirit.
Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Ohio Nurses Association, and the Kentucky Association of Nurse Practitioners & Nurse-Midwives.
Outside of medicine, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and close friends, as well as travel, reading, and exercise.
