Dr. Joseph Hazen was born and raised in Cincinnati. He completed his undergraduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis, where he graduated magna cum laude with biology and sociology majors. He attended medical school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and completed a Family Practice Residency and Internship at Summa Health System in Akron, OH.
Dr. Hazen is board-certified in Family Practice and has been serving the west side community since 1993. His style of practice places a strong emphasis on issues relating to health maintenance, disease prevention, and patient education. While he sees patients of all ages, his area of special interest is in Pediatrics.
When not working, Dr. Hazen enjoys playing classical piano, gardening, and spending time with his wife and two boys.
