Kari earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Xavier University. Kari began working at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center as a Registered Nurse (RN) in 2011. In May of 2013, she transitioned to the role of Perioperative Coordinator, RN. Upon obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing in 2015, Kari transitioned to an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) position within the Pediatric Neurosurgery Department. Kari is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an interest in disease prevention, with an emphasis on exercise and wellness for patients throughout the lifespan.
