The Christ Hospital Physicians - Obstetrics & Gynecology
Dr. Heidi is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, specializing in women's health with an emphasis on obstetrics, teen/adolescent gynecology, initial infertility evaluation, irregular menstrual cycles, contraception, and minimally invasive surgery.
She was born in Cincinnati and moved to Tennessee with her family. She was drawn to medicine because of her desire to help others and an interest in health science. She remained in Tennessee and completed medical school at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. Dr. Heidi then returned to Cincinnati for residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Cincinnati. Following residency, she entered private practice in Cincinnati and has been with The Christ Hospital for over nine years.
Dr. Heidi is interested in continuing education. She is part of the Educational Committee at Christ Hospital and assists in coordination of the Gynecology Residency Clinic there. Furthermore, she provides obstetrical back up and education to the family practice residency program. She is the current president of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Society of Cincinnati.
Dr. Heidi enjoys practicing medicine, but also loves spending time with her family - Tennessee family and her large Cincinnati family. She enjoys hands-on activities including wood craft and carpentry, interior design and antiques. She loves outdoor activities from hiking locally to traveling to national parks.
