The Christ Hospital Physicians - Primary Care
Dr. Lynd specializes in internal medicine primary care, with an emphasis on adult primary care. He is a board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
A native of Reading, OH, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from The Ohio State University, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati Medical Center where he also completed his residency.
Dr. Lynd and his partner, Dr. Thomas Meyers, joined The Christ Hospital Physicians over ten years ago after practicing privately for ten years. Dr. Lynd believes every patient needs a primary care physician that they know well and trust, stating, "A primary care physician should be your advocate to navigate an ever changing health care world full of changing guidelines and clinics trying to sell you something."
Dr. Lynd also works as a principal investigator for IVA Research. IVA Research does clinical studies on pharmaceuticals for many disease states including: diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, migraine headache, gout, and irritable bowel.
Dr. Lynd spends most of his free time with his wife, Teri, and their three children.
