Dr. Chokshi specializes in Internal Medicine Primary Care. She is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.
She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from Loyola University Chicago where she graduated with honors, and her Medical Degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. Dr. Chokshi completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Metro Health Medical Center, a teaching hospital of Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH.
Dr. Chokshi enjoys jogging, music, travel and spending time with her family.
