We specialize in healthcare and wellness for adults 18 years of age and older. Our practice is composed of four physicians, a certified physician assistant, and two nurse practitioners: Joseph Dagenbach, MD; James Frecka, MD; B. Reza Ghoorkhanian, MD; Olivia Rengering, DO; Michael Jennings, MD; Anna Fox, CNP; and Jessica R. Hesford, PA-C. These experts, and all the other members of your care team from our office, are committed to providing you with the best possible care. Our team encourages you to be an active participant in your care with us and believes that close collaboration with you leads to the most positive outcomes.
Our office participates in the Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) and Ohio Comprehensive Primary Care (Ohio CPC). These are quality care programs geared toward improving patient care and reducing healthcare costs.
