​When minutes matter, you can take comfort knowing The Christ Hospital Health Network is close to home. We offer emergency care at two convenient locations in Cincinnati: just off interstate 75 in Liberty Township, and near interstate 71 in Mt. Auburn. 

No matter which of our ERs you visit, you’ll be cared for quickly and carefully. Our team has experience caring for most medical emergencies, including serious illnesses and life-threatening injuries.

If you need immediate care for a non-life-threatening condition, you can check-in online for your emergency room visit. 

Using On My Way lets you see estimated wait times and can cut down on some of the check-in steps when you arrive at the hospital.

Is On My Way an appointment or reservation service?

On My Way is not an appointment or reservation service. Patients with the most life-threatening or critical needs are seen first. Your projected treatment time may be delayed if patients with high-severity emergency conditions arrive before you.  

Who is On My Way  for? 

On My Way is for people with non-life and non-limb threatening medical conditions who want to make an informed decision about which emergency location to choose and help the care team prepare for your needs upon arrival. 

If you are in doubt about the severity of your condition, you should always seek immediate care by going to the nearest emergency department or calling 911.

What do I do when I arrive at the Emergency Room?  

Check in with the nurse triage desk when you get to the ER.

Which locations offer On My Way?  

On My Way is available for our emergency rooms at our main campus (Mt. Auburn) and in Liberty Township.

What if I need to cancel my On My Way check-in? 

You can cancel through The Christ Hospital Mobile App or MyChart, or by calling the emergency department directly.
