We are a concierge physician's office, meaning we charge a fee, and, in exchange, there is no charge for any paperwork; and we limit the doctors' number of visits per day so that more time is allotted for appointments. We strive to have a one-on-one relationship with our patients; we want to know you as a person not just a patient.
We're located in the Harper's Point Shopping Center, one block north of The Christ Hospital Outpatient Center, which offers convenient access to lab work and imaging.
Coordinated Care Under One Roof
Our entire staff strives to provide you with the best care. In addition to your Primary Care Practitioner, staff members you will likely interact with at our practice include:
- Schedulers: Who answer phones, takes messages, schedule appointments, and manage check-in and check-out
- Pharmacists: Who work with you and your provider to manage your medications
- Medical Assistants: Who gather information, take vital signs, perform and order tests and respond to messages
- Advanced Practice Providers: Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who provide direct care to patients and expand access to care for acute needs
- Care Coordinators: Who focus on preventative care and wellness promotion
- Care Manager: A registered nurse who works with patients on management of complex medical needs
- Practice Manager: Who assists with questions about office policies and operations
- Resource Social Worker: Who can connect patients and their families with community resources
- Lab Services: Phlebotomists who draw blood with a physician order. Unless otherwise directed for insurance purposes, all blood draws will be analyzed by a Christ Hospital lab.
