CINCINNATI (May 20, 2025) – To promote team member well-being, The Christ Hospital Health Network will host its third annual Health & Wellbeing Fair at the Mt. Auburn location on Thursday, May 22 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. The Health & Wellbeing Fair is for team members only and not the general public. The event will feature more than 75 vendors and events including mini yoga sessions, weightless bungee fitness, a team member “artist row,” representatives from parks & cycling clubs, healthy food trucks and giveaways.
Last year, more than 1,500 team members attended in-person with an additional 200 joining virtually. Virtual attendees will also be eligible for healthy giveaways just like those in attendance. The Christ Hospital Health Network’s Health & Wellbeing Team will help team members adopt a nutrition or fitness plan, discover the value of art & hobby to promote wellbeing or increase their ability to access affordable wellbeing solutions. Offerings include discounted fitness memberships, exclusive healthy meal delivery options, complimentary financial wellness solutions, free community events, well-being coaching, virtual support sessions and mental health self-assessments.
