Information Requests & Calling Patients Directly
In accordance with federal privacy laws, we can’t provide patient information over the phone. We can connect callers to patient rooms, but we can’t provide additional information such as condition or treatment.
For privacy and safety, we are also not able to provide room numbers over the phone. We can connect callers to patients who are listed in the facility directory. If the patient has opted out of the directory, no information can be provided, even to family members. To reach an operator, call 513-585-2000.
Information about diagnosis and treatment can only be provided to those who the patient has designated to receive it. If you have been designated to receive health information about a patient, please ask the operator to connect you to the staff taking care of the patient. Our team strictly observes each patient’s right to privacy and will protect the confidentiality of disclosure and medical records.
