Joseph N. Bateman, MD

Dr. Bateman received his medical degree from the Jefferson Medical College-Thomas Jefferson University. He completed both his internship and residency at University Hospital. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Bateman is the medical director of The Christ Hospital Medical Associates (TCHMA), the primary care physician practice owned by The Christ Hospital Health Network.

Dr. Bateman previously served as chief medical officer and vice president of Alliance Primary Care; as medical director of a large family medicine practice with University Primary Care Associates; and as associate director for inpatient services and staff physician at Drake Center. He has also served as an associate professor of family medicine at the University of Cincinnati.
