We look forward to becoming your partner in assessing and improving your health. We specialize in healthcare and wellness for patients of all ages. Jennifer Bain, MD, Joseph Bateman, MD, Lisbeth Lazaron, MD, Aruna Puthota, DO, Montiel Rosenthal, MD, and Jennifer Spata, MD are board-certified in family medicine, caring for patients of all ages with the support of pharmacist, Jennifer Wick, RPA.
Our practice also includes Certified Nurse Midwives Jesiah Bertsch, CNM, Yemarishet Macharia, CNM, and Michelle Zamudio, CNM. Our providers, along with the rest of your care team, are committed to providing you with the best possible care.
Our practice is comprised of faculty physicians who assist residents in their work toward board certification. Our residency practice has two main goals: providing exemplary patient care and developing future family medicine physicians.
