We specialize in healthcare and wellness for patients of all ages. Our practice includes two physicians, each with more than 20 years of experience: Frank Perrino, MD, and Don Fixler, MD, who are board-certified family practice providers. They, along with our nurse practitioner, Julia Moreland, FNP-C, and the rest of your care team, are committed to providing you with the best possible care.
Our office is centrally located on Montgomery Road in Norwood, off of I-71, and our team of experienced, long-time staff members provide a courteous and welcoming environment.
Our office participates in the Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) and Ohio Comprehensive Primary Care (Ohio CPC). These are quality care programs geared toward improving patient care and reducing healthcare costs.
