Our practice specializes in healthcare and wellness for patients 18 years old and beyond, and includes Edward Chang, MD, Marvin Lucas, MD, Kanhya Ton, CNP, and Jeff Zaenger, CNP. We are centrally located off of I-71 in Norwood on Montgomery Road, and our team offers a welcoming and courteous environment.
Our office participates in the Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) and Ohio Comprehensive Primary Care (Ohio CPC). These are quality care programs geared toward improving patient care and reducing healthcare costs.
