Schedule Your Screening Mammogram Online

We're proud to now offer online scheduling for routine screening mammograms at seven convenient locations! Please see the requirements for online scheduling below; if you don't meet these requirements, contact our scheduling department at 513-585-2668 to schedule your appointment (phone hours are 7 a.m. - 6 p.m., Monday - Saturday).

You do not qualify for online scheduling for screening mammography if you:

  • have any breast concerns such as a lump, nipple discharge, or other changes in your breasts since your last mammogram, or this mammogram is a six-month follow-up

  • have a history of breast cancer

  • have had breast surgery in the last five years

  • are under the age of 35 (under 35 requires a doctor referral)

If you're experiencing any of these symptoms, call 513-585-2668 to ensure you receive the most appropriate test to fit your needs.

Important notes:

  • The Christ Hospital provides digital 3D mammograms (tomosynthesis) to all our patients at all seven of our imaging locations throughout the Tristate. Digital 3D mammograms offer clearer pictures which makes it easier for doctors to catch breast cancer early. Most insurance companies now cover 3D mammography, however there may be an additional charge. Please check with your insurance company if you would like to know what your out-of-pocket cost would be. If your insurance company asks for CPT codes for the exam, they are 77057 & 77063 for "Mammogram Screening with Tomo."

  • For insurance purposes, please schedule your screening mammogram at least 366 days from your last exam.

  • When scheduling your appointment, please ensure the phone number you enter is accurate. We will call you to confirm your appointment. If we're unable to contact you, we will cancel your appointment so that we may accommodate other patients.
