Janet said, “Through ezCare, we discuss what the individual's perceived needs are. So, listening is a key component prior to offering any advice or direction. During this exchange of information, we also discuss their personal preferences — whether the individual is wanting a male or female provider, location of service and even details such as preference for MD, DO or Certified Nurse Practitioner, if those options are available."
